A frightening experiences--draft one

Typhoons usually hit Taiwan during the summer or autumn.
Typhoon was one of the most frightening experiences that I've had in my life.
Before the typhoon came, Tainan already had violent storm and rain.
The meteorological office published the typhoon alarm.
But we still had to go to school.
In the morning, the storm seemed to destroy my windows in my bedroom.
Then, I took the bus to train station.
The violent rain and storm made me can't be on my feet.
There was a few pedestrians and taxis on roads.
After we arriving the school the chairman told us quit studying in the afternoon.
And my mom called me and told that we didn't have to work and study.
We saw a tree pulled up by the roots due to the typhoon.
My father drove car and pick me up home.
The news told the fierce typhoon did great damage to crops and buildings.
Even caused landslides that paralyzed the traffic.
And our community interrupted the electrical power.
So we have to take care the typhoon alarm and get prepared in advance.
Therefore, the damage can be minimized.
