Tips of keeping healthy--draft one

It goes without saying that "Health is above wealth."
A healthy person has the strength and energy to achieve his goal and can deal with tensions as well as stresses better.
But how can we keep healthy?
First, a balanced diet and proper exercise are indispensable.
We have to do exercise three times a week.
And we can eat some food are rich in vitamins and nutritions.
Second, living a regular life is also very important for good health.
Keeping good hours is a best policy.
Third, arrange some recreations from time to time to take our mind off our work.
On weekends, we can go to scenic sites with our family to breathe fresh air.
Take good care of our bodies because only with good health can make our life more enjoyable.
