Chinese New Year's Eve

In the winter vacation, the most important festival for the Chinese people was Chinese New Year's Eve.
On that day, my family and I visited relatives and friends to exchange best wishes at morning.
Then, I saw dragon dance, lion dance and folk acrobatic shows.
At 7 o'clock at evening, the whole family got together to enjoy a big feast and hot pot.
It's was delicious and rich.
After that, the happiest thing to children is to get red envelopes.
When the clock struck 12, people let off firecrackers to celebrate the beginning of a new year.
This is my favorite festival because it was a time for family reunion only on this day.
